Group Finance Director
Negotium is working exclusively with a Buckinghamshire based engineering business looking to recruit a Group Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established business that is well respected in the industry. The role encompasses all aspects of financial management with key responsibilities that include, supporting decision-making through the provision of high quality information, being involved with the development of strategies for improving profitability and contract negotiation, preparation of forecasts, budgets, year end accounts and development of IT systems. The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) already operating at a senior level, with natural people skills and experience of working within the construction industry. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to initiate and lead change and be able to add value above and beyond the production of the numbers. Good communication skills are essential as you must be able to build effective working relationships within the Senior Management team.
